Role: Senior Corporate Recruiter
Scope & Responsibility:
Concentrates on providing the highest quality applicants for hire within designated technology niche. Has achieved proficiency in and is able to teach the recruitment, evaluation and hiring processes. Position responsibilities focus on continually developing sources to support hiring within ongoing technology; effectively interviewing, evaluating and attracting sufficient applicants to meet hiring objectives; developing and executing a competitive attraction strategy; recognizing market shifts and changes, recommending adjustments and changes to the staffing processes; mentoring and supervising other more junior staffing specialists in the meeting of their individual objectives; providing the highest quality, most effective staffing services.
Background Required:
Minimum (5-7) years of experience of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
Technology Experience Preferred:
Professional Services, Data Warehouse/Data Mining, Database/OLAP/Business Intelligence, E-Commerce Solution, Enterprise Applications, Internet/Intranet, Knowledge Management, Process & Workflow Automation
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree
